Foreword

Pzero seeks to understand the impact on the environment of its
activities at a local, national and global level, and to minimize
environmental risk by providing our customers with business
solutions which have the minimum overall effect on the environment.
I am personally committed to this, and seek
to ensure its fulfilment through my leadership. Likewise, my
executive board members are all united behind the belief that
environmental concern is a critical component of a successful
21st Century business.

Environmental Health
Environmental health encompasses those aspects of health
that are determined by physical, chemical, biological and social
factors in the environment, and the practice of assessing, correcting,
controlling and preventing those factors in the environment
that can potentially adversely affect the health of present
and future generations.
Healthy Environment
The Company seeks to provide a healthy environment for its employees
through the creation of a high quality working environment.
Employees have a responsibility to to ensure they are exposed
to minimal health risks both within the building and within
the boundaries of the Company site. Employees should ensure
that they do not drop litter on the site, and in particular
that they dispose responsibly of cigarette remains. The Company
also promotes the protection, conservation and enhancement of
the natural and cultural heritage within its immediate environment
in the local community. In support of a healthy environment,
employees are also encouraged, where practicable, to use public
transport, or to car-share.
Energy Efficiency
The Company is committed to responsible energy management through
reduced consumption and encourages employees to consider an
energy efficient approach wherever possible within their own
working environment.
Waste Minimisation and Recycling
The Company aims to minimize waste by reduced consumption and
the development of effective waste management and recycling
procedures.
Hazardous Materials
The Company commits to the avoidance of the unnecessary use
of hazardous materials and processes, and the taking of all
reasonable steps to prevent damage to either public or ecological
health where such materials are in essential use.
Suppliers
The Company aims to select products and suppliers which minimize
negative environmental impacts.
Compliance with Legislation
All employees should comply with any relevant legislation relating
to health and safety within the working environment and within
the community where this impacts the Company.
The Company’s aim is to comply with
legislation pertinent to environmental protection in each country
